Do you repair machines you did not supply?
Tell us the make, model and fault on WhatsApp and we will tell you whether we can help. We hold parts for the Dingli, EP and Merlo machines we represent.
What does breakdown support cover for rental customers?
If anything goes wrong with a rental machine, contact us and our own technicians will arrange a repair or a replacement where needed. Rental customers get 24/7 breakdown support.
Do your machines come with PMA?
Every scissor lift and boom lift we deliver comes with a valid PMA, and the PMA sticker is displayed on the unit. Forklifts and telehandlers do not need a PMA certificate in Malaysia. Ask for a copy of the documents for your site permit.
Is every rental machine serviced before delivery?
Yes. Every machine is serviced and checked before it leaves our yard in Iskandar Puteri.
Can you refurbish an old forklift instead of replacing it?
Often, yes. We recondition older forklifts and access machines. If replacement makes more sense, we accept trade-ins against new and reconditioned machines.
